3 Rounds 65# SDHP K2E 65# HSCTime: 9:30 It was a great workout....used up a lot of energy. I got to improve on my cardio. The K2E were the best part of the workout. When I first tried them in December, I could only do 4. This time I did the complete workout RXd, big improvement from last month.
