I imagined that I was in a life or death situation and I had to do what ever it took to win.....well I won and finished...I know with more practice and hard work they will get easier for me...

235# 5 rep max on Front Squat was a PR for me (pretty sure)14:06 (70#) that WOD was tough on the grip, a reminder to have good callus maintenance!
